We welcome; Mental health, emotional health, physiological, skin care, nutrition, cultural therapy, cultural and heritage bereavement process blogs.
We welcome your offerings dedicated to Global Majority community members navigating sudden bereavement of a young child and or young adult.
The fee for this space per individual is £55

Who is the space for?
Our Holding Space of Compassion is for Global Majority families who are navigating sudden bereavement and for health professionals who work with the essence of compassion, empathy and unconditional positive regard, who are also from the Global Majority community who wish to share their offerings and knowledge for positive increase in mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing.

Relaxation Guided Meditation
Reflect and Breath! Breath your way through to wellness. A programme for Mind, Body and Soul with our Guided Meditation Facilitator. It is a well known fact that intentional, mindfulness awareness in breathing can make all the difference to your cognitive wellness and how we feel emotionally. The calming affects take place in our bodies, easing tension when we are intentionally in our rhythmic breathing. This supports positive impact through the intake of oxygen which helps to feed our blood cells allowing us to feel more clarity from within.
If you missed our sessions in January through to February no worries there are future dates to be affirmed!
