Michelle-HARMONY self-love self-care products were born from a place of love, integrity, truth and passion. 

 

I was inspired to create the products through my journey with the Menopause and found myself in despair suffering from anxiety, lack of self-worth and in deep emotional pain,

 

I was scattered in so many places and had to put all the pieces back together. I started on a deep profound journey of healing.

 

This led me on a path of inner discovery and introspection, Opening my Heart and really learning to Love My-Self using alternative therapies and holistic practices.

 

Using and creating products that would help my own healing journey, and thus support people on their own journey of Self-Love, Self-Worth and Healing. 

 

All my products are hand made with love an open heart using blended essential oils that effects one, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
