Service Description
DBV CIC- Our Holding Space of Compassion is a monthly online forum for suddenly bereaved families and individuals. We gather every first Monday of the month, unless stated otherwise online. A space for Black Global Majority people; African, Caribbean, Afro-Caribbean, Moari, Asian, South East Asian, Afro-Latino and those of Mixed Heritage, who are navigating their bereavement process due to the loss of a young child or young adult. This is a space for our community members to receive, listen, learn, unpack, without obligation, share and or to just be. Professional facilitators are invited to come and share their offerings on the topic of bereavement navigation in relation to positive wellbeing impact and share wellness tips and resources. A FREE relaxation guided meditation is offered at the end of the sessions on occasions. Ticket sign up via Eventbrite.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your counselling sessions with DBVCIC you must email us 48 hrs before your session date/time. This helps us to allocate your slot to another community member.
